New Year! New Career?

Knox Home Store is a furniture store located close to Santa Ponsa curated by award-winning designer, Justine Knox. With over 20 years' experience reforming second homes for the international market, her Knox Home Store is where she presents her bold and beautiful Mediterranean designs and products - made easy for customers to decorate their own homes too.

We are looking for 2 new team members to join us this year.

1. A full-time member to join our sales team at the store

Are you passionate about furniture or design and creating exceptional customer experiences?

Do you have a flair for sales and a keen eye for interior design?

If so, we want you to join our sales team at Knox Home Store.

THE ROLE:

- Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture and accessory pieces to complement their style and needs.

- Provide product knowledge and guide customers through the selection process

- Meet and exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for

Customers.

- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

- Process and track orders with suppliers and follow up with delivery scheduling.

- Keep displays and stock tidy and visually appealing. 

‘MUST HAVE’ REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages an advantage )

- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Basic computer skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Self-motivated and able to work alone as well as in a team

‘NICE TO HAVE’ REQUIREMENTS:

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the furniture or design industry.

 

2. A full-time multi-tasker for our warehouses, deliveries and installations.

Are you organised, practical and self-motivated?

Do you have a flair for troubleshooting and rise to the challenge of multi-tasking?

If so, we want you to join our warehouse team at Knox Home Store.

THE ROLE:

- Organisation of warehouses

- Receiving and processing of stock

- Damage control

- Driving, loading and unloading

- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive experience for

  Knox customers

- Aiding the Home Store team to keep displays and store organised

- Assembly of furniture

- Hanging of art and mirrors

- Installation of curtains and blinds

‘MUST HAVE’ REQUIREMENTS:

- Over 25 years of age

- Clean driving licence (3yrs min)

- Ability to lift heavy objects

- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages an advantage )

- Passion for organisation and a keen eye for aesthetics

- Self-motivated and able to work alone as well as in a team

- Basic computer skills

‘NICE TO HAVE’ REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in similar roles

- Proficiency using small hand tools (i.e. electric drill)

- Working hours Mon – Fri (weekends free!)

- 40hrs per week

- Full-time contract

- 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
