With 35 years’ residing in Mallorca and over 15 years’ experience as an interior designer for homes of all styles, price-brackets and locations around the island of Mallorca, I believe that I am well positioned and ready to harness my in-depth knowledge of the island, longstanding experience in property refurbs and design and the wealth of resources at my disposal by offering a property search service with the KNOX seal of quality and value.

I have worked with many estate agents over the years, and therefore can tap on a wealth of properties in different areas of Mallorca, without being tied into any one agency or area. This is important insofar as I can use my knowledge of the island to focus on the areas you prefer and others that you may not have considered. I am also well aware of the ever-changing regulations and legal requirements at a state, regional government and municipal level: fluent in Spanish and experienced in this matter, I am able to alert you to any issues and requirements to consider.

Having project managed innumerable refurbishment and renovation works over the years, I am able to assess the viability – from a construction, ergonomic and economic standpoint, as well as regulatory – of any improvements you might like to consider making to a potential property. This will help you make an informed decision, safe in the knowledge that there will be no nasty surprises later on.

Moreover, I have a trusted team of trades and professionals (builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, decorators) who I have managed in many projects; so, if you should need accurate estimates or feasibility assessments to make a purchase decision, you need look no further.
