An exclusive design, this lacquered bobbin shaped mill comes with both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob so you can decide for yourself whether you want this to be a Salt Grinder or a Pepper Grinder.
Crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood and finished with eight coats of high gloss lacquer, each layer is hand polished for a flawless sheen. Independently tested and compliant with EU food contact legislation.
The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a simple clockwise motion, only use when filled with either black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. The tighter the grind adjustment button is screwed, the finer the grind.
Do not leave in prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe surface clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
